Over Lilian

Welkom in mijn wereld van gevoel, kleur, vorm en betekenis in deze wervelende tijden.
Een belangrijke periode in mijn leven was de tijd dat ik een atelier/winkelruimte bezat
in De Nieuwe Hoogstraat 5 in Amsterdam . Ik heb daar met veel plezier gewerkt aan
schilderijen en beelden in brons. Ook veel van mijn geéxposeerde werk verkocht.
De mogelijkheid om een aantal jaren in Spanje te wonen was zeer betekenisvol voor mij
en mijn kunst. (2002-2009).
Mijn perceptie omtrent kleurgebruik heb ik verder ontwikkeld. Mijn stijl is een abstracte
figuratie gekenmerkt door een sterk kleurenpalet en beweging. Onderwerpen uit de
natuur worden expressief en spontaan verbeeld.
*ik werk in explosies en duik er helemaal in net zolang totdat het kunstwerk naar mijn
zin is*

Welcome into my world of feelings, colourforms and mindfullness in these harsh times.
I live in Amsterdam (the netherlands) and i have worked the most part of my life in the
center of this city, from where I have created and sold my art.
However the opportunity to gladly live in Spain for 8 years has given me much
inspiration. And still means a lot to me ! My perception about the use of colours has
evolved into the person that I have become.
Layers of Blue and red are strongly visible in much of my work.
Most of my inspiration comes from nature itself and adresses that.
I could subscribe my work as an abstract figuration characterized by a diversity of
colours in motion.
I really hope that you like my creations and wish for contact with those who do so !!!
